Placing an Order
Once your order is placed (on the website), you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a delivery confirmation email (with your tracking number if shipping out of Nairobi) once your order has been dispatched.
If you prefer not to place your order on the website, you may contact us on [number] to assist you with placing an order over the phone or WhatsApp.
Payment Methods
We accept Mpesa, all major credit cards and Paypal. Incase you’re having any payment issues please feel free to contact us on [number] by call or WhatsApp.
Promotions and Discounts
You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your discount will be applied to your order. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable (does not apply locally). Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to sale items. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time. Please note that promotion codes require account log-in to use. If you are having trouble applying a discount code, try creating or logging in to your Slowli account.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship all over the world!
All local deliveries within Nairobi are made within 24 hours (Subject to availability of the product) with our local and trusted Boda. All parcels outside of Nairobi are sent with G4S.
Delivery Time and Costs
Local deliveries come with a minimal cost. Each region has a small fee specified while checkout. For outside of Nairobi but within Kenya charge will vary with weight.

Returns Policy
We happily accept returns within 3-4 working days (Within Nairobi) and 7 working days (Outside of Nairobi but within Kenya) from the delivery date and store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be not used, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Footwear must be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable (only applicable for orders outside Nairobi).
For your convenience, items purchased at Shopslowli.com can be returned to any Slowli store. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return. See more details below.

To return or exchange an Item
For all returns or exchanges please submit a request using the link [Build a RETURN FORM] .
Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Refunds, once approved will be processed within 15 working days.
We are not able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us.
The cost to return an item for refund or exchange is at the expense of the customer. For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not liable for any lost returned items.
In-Store Return Process
Online orders may now be returned to any of our retail stores. To return an online order in-store, bring the item(s) and your invoice to any Slowli store. Refunds will be made in the form of Cash/Mpesa or Bank Tranfer. We cannot accept returns on orders placed online with PayPal. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return.

Shipping Rates
We ship all international orders with DHL regular service. We cannot offer expedited shipping for International orders at this time. All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours of receipt (Subject to product availability). Packages will be subject to additional charges if they extend beyond our average weight parameters.
US Standard Delivery (x working days): $50
Europe (x-y working days): $50
Rest of World (x-y working days): $50
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item ordered, total amount of order, country of delivery. Duties, taxes and additional custom fees are not included in the order. Customers are responsible for paying for these fees and will be charged at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders shipping outside the Kenya are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Missing/Stolen Orders
Just sometimes, your order may encounter shipping delays from DHL. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive before contacting us. After this 2-day period, please contact service@shopslowli.com for assistance to file a claim on your order. Slowli cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit while shipping abroad.
